IRC server downloading issues.

irchighway upgraded their software recently. With it came a few issues the admin are still working on.  INCLUDED in this is the fact that files are not being accepted/recieved by many software clients (meaning you).

This can be solved temporarily with a very simple setting change when you connect.

"/DCCALLOW +kusano 0" will allow downloads from the bot in #LetItGo.

As of Feb 17th, 2016 this issue should be corrected.

New Title - Dream Hunter Rem (alternative)

We've taken up another project.  It came with a translator and the RAWs so there was little reason to refuse.
