Freezing Color Edition c25 released.

Decision (1), Ingrid and Leo continue to attempt to put Satellizer in her place... but Kazuya... Freezing Colour continues with chapter 25.

The webtoon also breaks the manga chapters in to 3 parts.  Annoying, but we are maintaining the original medium format for aggregate releases.
