Freezing Color Edition c39 released.

Stigma Body (3), While Kazuya recovers, classes continue.  Rana and Genessa SPAR!  Freezing Colour continues with chapter 39. (Volume 2 chapter 13.3)

Read it on mangadex. (Our file bot is currently down but look for the qr code at end of the chapter)

With our curent RAW source gone, the chance of getting UNCENSORED RAWs are gone as well, We find ourselves looking for a new source.  We might just have to suffer through censored raws once we run out of what we have already.
