Freezing c209 released.

Unknown World IV(?), Kazuya holds the Nova in place and attempts to gather the Rounders assistance.  Meanwhile, West Genetics must prepare for War?  Freezing continues in chapter 209.

Please note, the magazine does NOT have chapter titles.  I opted to use 'Unknown World IV', as it seems to fit, tentatively.  We also plan on getting the tankobon and fixing these small details up later.

We have learned that Freezing will be returning in the July 2017 volume of Comic Valkyrie.  We will bring it to you as soon as we can.

Note - a package update was done Sunday morning at 12:01.  The only difference is one page was sorting wrongly at bato and had to fix it in the main.  P00011-0012 was sorting between P0001 and P0002.  No need to redownload, you can simply rename the file.  Thanks!
